Position : 3 x Operations/ Logistics Assistant / Shipping (NO EXP REQ - must be from Supply Chain)
Location : Central/ West area
Working hours : 5 days work week: Monday- Friday: 8:30-5:30
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic up to $3500 + Up to 14 days Annual Leave
Duration : Permanent
Industry : SHIPPING (FREIGHT)
Main Responsibilities:
Liaise with agents/depots for tank details, schedules, movements, and updates
Keep track of tank leasing (on-hire/off-hire status) and detention matters
Monitor and liaise with vendors on tank movements for reposition units
Liaise and clarify with agents on detention billing
Any ad-hoc duties assigned by department head
Requirements:
Candidates with 1 to 2 years related experiences may be considered.
Salary will commensurate based on the experience and qualifications.
Diploma in Maritime Studies/Logistics of shipping discipline
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin speaking clients.
