Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/ outbound calls, emails, and chats from customers with professionalism and empathy
Provide assistance to customers with online services and enquiries, including websites, web forms, mobile applications, Internet WebChat, and Chatbot support
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies
To consistently meet set KPIs without compromising on quality service delivery
Requirements
At least 1 year of working experience in a call center or service center, or a similar environment
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Customer-focused with a genuine passion for helping people
Having prior experience in managing government projects would be an advantage
Basic computer proficiency
Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
