Job Description

Admin Assistant/Executive (Back-End Administration/Paperwork) - WFH/Hybrid Work

Location: Raffles Quay

Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.45am - 6pm)

Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,500 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 16 Days AL + Flexi Benefits

Duration: Permanent 

Industry: Insurance Broking

 


Main Responsibilities:


Cover daily administrative duties and data entry work

Monitor and review of policy claims

Assist the broking executives regarding administrative documents and duties

Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

 


Requirements:


At least Diploma in any discipline

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word, etc)

At least 1 year of administrative experience

Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
