Position: Assistant Commercial Manager (Quantity Surveying)
Location: Ubi
Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,800 + Performance Bonus

Main Responsibilities:
Conduct quantity take off, price, forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project
Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities
Prepare forecast for monthly subcontractors payments
Liaise with the client and data entry of project expenses into accounting software system
Forecasting of final costs and sales
Prepare and monitor project cashflow forecasts
Measure, value, submit and negotiate contract variations
Prepare submit and negotiate project final accounts
Commercial vetting of sub-contractor tenders and contracts
Assist in preparation and adherence to project purchasing targeting and costing budgets
Lead and delegate work to junior quantity surveyor
Requirements:
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
At least Diploma holder and 3 years of relevant experience
At least 3 years of experience in the Interior Design industry preferred
