HR Admin Assistant Job in Singapore


Job Description

HR Admin Assistant (FULL Training Provided)

Location: Pandan Road

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 6pm)

Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $2,700 + Performance bonus

Duration: Permanent

Industry: Group of Companies

 


Main Responsibilities: 


Process employees' payroll using Times Software

Prepare bank files for submission, prepare CPF and IRAS submission

Assist with recruitment, interviewing candidates & following up on the hiring process

Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

 


Requirements: 


Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role would be preferable

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Training is provided for inexperienced candidates
