Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team and assist with various tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the office. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and a proactive attitude.


Key Responsibilities:


- Answering and directing phone calls


- Managing corresponds


- Answering and directing phone calls


- Managing correspondence, including emails and letters


- Organizing and scheduling appointments and meetings


- Performing other duties as assigned


Qualifications:


- High school diploma or equivalent


- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role


- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)


- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures


- Experience with data entry and record keeping


- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
