Work Location: Kovan / Potong Pasir / Tampines / Yishun
Working Hours: 8am - 4pm / 4pm - 10pm (shift may vary)
Key Responsibilities:
Perform clinical and admin duties such as answering phone enquiries, scheduling patients' appointments and etc
Process prescription and collect medication for the patients accurately
Assist doctors during consultation and examination if required
Assist in managing smooth and efficient clinic operations
Liaison with Mandarin speaking elderly patients
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
Able to commit to shift work based on clinic's operation hours
Bilingual in Chinese Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking patients
Min. NITEC and above
