Clinic Manager (Aesthetic) – Up to $3,500 Basic - Orchard
Location : Orchard
Working hours : 5 Days Work Week (1 Weekday & Sunday Off) – Monday to Friday: 10.00AM to 8.00PM, Saturdays: 10.00AM to 6.00PM
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,500 Basic + Commission + 14 Days Annual Leave + AWS + Performance Bonus + Medical & Dental Benefits

Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, train and manage a team of consultants and therapists
Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring individual and team performance aligns with company goals.
Provide training and ongoing development to the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques.
Identify new business opportunities, target markets and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the clinic’s aesthetic products and services
Recommend and promote appropriate aesthetic treatments to patients
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the doctor
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years clinic management role in beauty aesthetic industry
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
