Currently, besides our own online store, we are also selling locally via Shopee as well as Lazada (via Marketing Agent).

Job Title
Office Admin (Part Time AM)
We are looking for team player for:-
Admin Part Time (Permanent / Contract)
Working Hours:-
Monday to Fridays:
8.30 am to 1.30 pm
3 Days Leave Per Year / Medical Benefits
Duties mainly:-
1) Enter Invoices / Bills / Products Details into QBO
2) Inventory Listing using excel
3) Checking of return goods from customers
4) Answering phone enquiries
5. Update of cost and retail price in QBO Online for our products
Other Duties:-
Handling and ability to resolve general administrative-related issues.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Preferred Requirements:-
Min O Level / Diploma (or related experience would be considered)
Work as a Team.
Microsoft Excel
Friendly
Good interpersonal communication skills
Good time management skills.
Initiative, well organised and meticulous.
