Customer Support Coordinator (N0 EXP REQ - must be from Supply Chain/Shipping)
Location : Cantonment Road (Nearest MRT- Outram Park)
Working hours : 5 days work week: Monday- Friday: 8:30-5:30
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic up to $3300 + Performance Bonus
Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
In-charge of import & export documentation; Bill Of Lading; work orders
Issue invoices
Liaise with agents/ carriers
Follow through and closure of each respective dealing with the agent/carrier
Requirements:
Diploma in logistics of shipping discipline
Min 1 year experience with Customer service/ Shipping/ Logistic/ Supply Chain
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese speaking associate.
