Job Description

Position : Personal Assistant – Up to $4,000 – Temasek Avenue

Location : Temasek Avenue

Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 8.45 AM to 6.00 PM

Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,000 + Mobile Allowance + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave + Medical Allowance (No Cap) + Dental (up to $300 per year) + Gym ($150 per month)

Responsibilities:


Professional Support


Provide the Chairman with a daily briefing of key meetings and reminders

Assist the Chairman with calendar management (e.g. scheduling meetings, deconflicting calendars, etc.)

Assist the Chairman with assigned administrative matters and errands (e.g. travel and dining bookings, submission of expense claims, buying miscellaneous items, etc.)

Keep stock of personal pantry

Handle other miscellaneous work-related matters to support the Chairman

Personal Support


Assist the Chairman in personal errands (research, gifting, restaurant/flight bookings, managing travel arrangements and itineraries, insurance claims, booking doctor/dentist

appointments, managing contractors for repairs, household purchases, arranging for dry cleaning, etc.)

Assist the Chairman with personal finance matters (generating monthly personal finance reports, arranging payments, managing claims, etc.)

Managing family's schedules, communications with schools, administrations, and travelling needs

Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned


 


Requirements:


Minimum Diploma Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in Personal Assistant roles or administrative roles

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Must be responsive to calls or messages from Chairman 24/7

Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
