Our client is a container related service provider company in Singapore, and they are looking for Admin Assistant (4 months contract) to join them!
Job Details:
Salary: $2500 - $2800 (Depends on experiences)
Working Hours: 5.5days work week
Working Location: Tuas, With company transport provided
Job Responsibilities:
Handle administrative duties including organize and maintain the files
Issue invoice, PO and DO and so on
Responsible in data entry and other documentations
Handle and response to the incoming calls and emails
Handle the incoming enquires
Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Min Nitec in relevant field
Able to commute with min 4 months
