Logistic /Transport Coordinator - ALL WELCOME
Location : Woodlands
Working hours : 8am to 5.30pm - Monday to Friday
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $2700 + Up to 10 days AL

Main Responsibilities:
Liaising With Freight Forwarders, Direct Customers And Overseas Agency For Outgoing And Incoming Shipments
Any Documentation Duties As Per Instructed By Superior
Attending To Phone Calls/Emails, Enquiries On Air/Ocean Freight For Both Fcl/Lcl Bookings
Plan Delivery Routes
Dispatch Drivers To Complete Deliveries
Record Shipment Details on The Computer System
Review Driver Logs
Respond To Client Feedback And Complaints
Prepare Pay slips For Staff/Drivers
Prepare Invoices And Follow Up For Payment With Customers
Any Other Duties Assigned.
