Accounts Assistant cum Admin Required in Singapore


Job Description

Accounts Assistant cum Admin  (Simple Accounting/ Sales Support/ Invoice)

Location: Joo Chiat Road (EAST)

Working hours: 5 days work week: Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm

Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,800 + Performance Bonus (Past year up to 2 months Bonus)  + Medical claim is capped at $200 per year + 14 days Annual Leave

Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:


Handle accounts receivable and payable 

Submit expense claims on behalf of CEO and COO 

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records 

Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes 

Assist in yearly audit and liaise with respective depts on audit requests

Cover other finance duties as required

Create purchase orders, invoices, packing lists and purchases. 

Verify shipment detail upon receipt and before delivery. 

Coordinate, monitor and follow-up with internal department/forwarders/carrier on document issuance, incoming / outgoing shipment and payment arrangement. 

Complete documentation for new customer/vendor registration.

Monitor and follow up on account receivables/payable and inbound/outbound deliveries. 

Monitor and report on inventory levels. Stock take. 

Control correspondence, design filing systems. 

Sourcing & Purchasing & Maintaining of Office Supplies 

Any other administrative duties as required

Record business expenses 

 


 


Requirements:


Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications.
