Job Description

Prepare and execute Air Waybill, for general cargo, consolidated shipments, etc using Cargowise

Prepare export documents (eg cargo acceptance checklist, cargo security certificate, indemnity letter etc) and airline labels

Ensure all export cargo are properly marked and labelled prior to transfer to airlines

Check on goods for arriving shipments

Declare Export Cargo Clearance Permit including Certificate of Origin (CO)Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines

Coordination for import/export operations to ensure smooth delivery of shipments with the time line set by customers

Ensure compliance with Company’s corporate protocol

Able to work under minimum supervision

Any other duties as assigned by the Management

Job Requirement

1-2 years of related experience, preferably in Freight Forwarding/Transportation/Logistics industry.

Proficient in MS-Office applications

Prior experience with Cargowise system not essential but would be a bonus
