Work Location: Takashimaya
Salary: $2,200 + Commission / $2,600 to $2,700 + Commission
Workdays & Hours: 5 days (44 hours) work week, shift rotation including weekends and PH.
Average commission is about $1000
Key Responsibilities
• Building and enhancing new and existing relationships with customers
• Achieving and maximizing sales, and target set proactively
• Demonstrating a strong sense of selling skills, product knowledge and after sales services
• Ensuring the shop is presented in according to the Company’s standards
• Participating to Company’s events when requested
• Providing support to all inventory management and assistance when necessary with operational and back of house activities
Requirements:
• With at least 1-year fashion retail sales experience
• Prior exposure in luxury goods or premium fashion brands is a plus
• Possess excellent communications, team spirit and interpersonal skills
• Result driven, customer-oriented with a positive mindset
