Purchasing & Admin Assistant - Up to $3,500 - WEST - Transport Provided
Location: Shipyard Crescent (Transport Provided from CCK, Jurong West, Lakeside MRT & Jurong point)
Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays | 8,30am to 5.30pm
Salary (Commensurate with experience): Up to $3,500 + Variable Bonus + Insurance + 14 Days Annual Leave + Medical Claim $400/year + Dental Claim $200/year

Industry: Recycling (Scrap Metal/Wood Waste)
Responsibilities:
Liase with Engineers & Managers on their purchase requirements.
Source and negotiate for equipment and supplies.
Evaluate suppliers based on quality standards, delivery, prices etc
Process purchase requirements, create and match POs in SAP etc.
Review and follow-up on tender bids and documentation.
Provide administrative support as assigned.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Studies
Min. 2 year(s) of procurement experience preferred
Proactive, positive and responsible individual
Able to work under tight deadlines with strong sense of urgency
