Logistic Sales Coordinator (Marine & Offshore Shipyard/ Vessel/ Invoicing / Admin Sales) - Up to $4200
Location : North Bridge Road (Walking distance from Fort Canning MRT Station)
Working hours : 5 days / Monday - Friday - 9.30am -5.30pm
Salary (Commensurate with experience): Salary up to $4200 + AWS + 14 days Annual Leave

Main Responsibilities:
Managing documentation related to vessel certificates and stationery
Coordinating and overseeing marine activities and operations
Asist to handle existing Projects together with the sales team
Arranging travel logistics
Handling invoicing and updating application forms for class audits and other vessel-related matters
Might need to travel oversea to visit customer, when needed.
Requirements:
1 years experience in Marine & Offshore Shipyard
At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
