Logistic/Warehouse Assistant or  Officer

Location: Ang Mo Kio- few bus stops away from AMK MRT

Working hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.00pm)

Salary (commensurate on experience): Up to $3700 + AWS + 14 days annual leave  + Medical

Duration: Permanent

Industry: Safety equipment supplier

Responsibilities:

Picking metal parts from stock, check physical condition and packing into

crates to make up orders

Create Packing lists, process, and label all outgoing shipments

Coordinate and liaise with customers and external transporter/forwarder

Driving of forklift to load and unload goods from truck/container

Organize, allocate and store materials in the correct location with proper

documentation/report recorded

Daily maintenance and housekeeping of warehouse

Inventory Management (e.g aligning physical stock with system records,

inventory adjustment, inventory variance investigation)

Participate in internal and external stock audit

Ability to anticipate job activities, prepare tools and equipment

In-charge of assessing, maintaining and updating appropriate procedure and paperwork

Access and adhere to area Safety and environmental procedures to ensure

compliance with applicable regulations

Serve as an active participant in Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security

programs by reporting all related concerns or problems immediately

Undertake any ad-hoc duties assign

Requirements:

At least 3 years of warehouse experience / relevant industries

Willing to OT when needed

Proficient in MS Office Application

Possess Forklift driving license

Fit to be able to carry heavy metal parts
