Logistic Coordinator Associate (Operations -WMS)
Location: Sunview-Jurong/Benoi Sector
Working hours: 5 days, Mon to Fri (8.30am to 6.00pm)
Salary (commensurate on experience): Up to $3200+ AWS + Medical + Dental

Main Responsibilities:
Responsible for the coordination and preparation of all necessary documentation for the movement of warehouse cargo
Liaison with trucking contractors for local deliveries
Create and maintain reports and files for all operations records, correspondence, plans, and expenses.
Coordinate with operations personnel to ensure readiness of cargo for deliveries.
Update WMS on Cargo Status.
Liaise with customers for all matters pertaining to shipments and deliveries
Handle any other ad-hoc / administrative duties.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year relevant experience in logistics industry.
Minimum O level
Good customer service and communication skills
Knowledge in Warehouse Management System (WMS)
