Job Summary:
Accounts Executive - AR (UP TO $3500 / 5 Days / AWS + VB / East)
Company Background: Freight Forwarding Company
Location: Airline Road
Working days: 5 days, Mon – Fri (9:00am – 6:00pm)
Salary Range: up to $3,500
Entitled AWS + VB + 14 days AL
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of Accounts Receivables scopes
Sending invoices to clients
Perform collection of payment clients
Responsible for managing Statement of Account (SOA) with clients.
Follow up with clients to ensure timely receipt based on agreed credit terms.
Record and upload receipts to system.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
