Conveyancing Legal Associates/Lawyers (Property/Real Estate) @ Central
Location : Cecil Street (Central)
Working hours : Monday - Friday 9:30am to 6:30pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $9000 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave

Main Responsibilities:
Meeting clients in appointments and explaining the relevant conveyancing forms to clients and witnessing their signatures.
Checking and guiding the conveyancing executives in their documentations.
Advising clients on legality issues.
To write legal opinions and conduct legal research
To work on real estate corporate real estate and conveyancing and real estate and conveyancing related matters
Meticulous and diligent with in handling and completing real estate and conveyancing work
To establish good rapport with and service to clients and business partners
Requirements:
At least 2 years' relevant Lawyer experience in handling conveyancing cases (Newly admitted Lawyers or those waiting to be called to the Bar will be considered too)
Education qualification in Law from Singapore institution
