Position : Business Development Executive (Exp in Property/Real Estate Advertising Platforms)
Location : Cecil Street (Raffles/Telok Ayer/Downtown MRT)
Working hours : Monday - Friday - 9:30am - 6:30pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3500 + Transport Claims + Quarterly Performance Incentives + 14 Days Annual Leave + Performance Bonus

Main Responsibilities:
Actively seek out new sales opportunities (cold call, networking, social media, meeting potential clients)
Develop new initiatives and projects and develop new business partnerships (Engage with clients/bankers/mortgage brokers, real estate agents)
Over-see and manage projects and initiatives including achieving good online reviews we well as awards; participating in events on behalf of the firm
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections;
Collaborate with team members by sharing feedback, creating file and prospects to ensure smooth work process
Plan, coordinate, implement marketing strategies and events to promote and develop new business relationship
All other ad-hoc matters assigned
Requirements:
Diploma Holder
Relevant experience in Property advertising platforms will be advantageous
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
