Shipping Executive (NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED/ FULL TRAINING provided)
Location : Marine Parade - GOOD working environment
Working hours : 5 Days/ Office hours
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4000 + AWS + 2- 6 month performance bonus + Profit sharing + 14-18 Annual leave + Wedding leave + Wedding bonus + Dental benefits + Taxi claim if OT after 7 PM (hardly any OT required) + Long Service Award (cash)

Main Responsibilities:
Handle customers’ inquiries
Coordinate and prepare inbound, outbound and transshipment sea freight shipments with carrier / customers / vendors
Correspond with local & overseas suppliers regarding delivery status
Liaise internal and external customers and resolve operations issue
Requirements:
NO EXPERIENCE, WELCOME to apply!
Knowledge of Import/Export/Transshipment processes will be an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office
Meticulous and accurate with a positive attitude and able to multitask
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates in view of business communications.
