**Job Title: Part-Time Customer Service Representative**
**Location:** 195 PEARL HILL TERRACE, 2 mins walk from Chinatown MRT.
**Hours:**
- **Wednesdays:** 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
- **Weekends:** Saturday and Sunday, 4 hours each day (flexible schedule, some weekends off)
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Perform cashiering duties and handle transactions accurately
- Managing teacher and students timetable for the day
- Record and maintain customer information and transactions
- Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed
- Some music knowledge is preferred but not compulsory
- Maintain inventory stock taking
