Production Line Team Leader - MUST be from F&B or Packaging industry

Location                   : West (Bus stop nearby)

Working hours         :5 day work week – 8.00am – 5.00pm (After working hours consider as OT)

Salary                       : Up to $4,200 + Performance Bonus + 14 to 18 Days Annual leave + $300 medical benefit per year

Main Responsibilities:

To ensure production output, downtime, defects are promptly updated in the system (PC Shared Drive).

Allocation of manpower to maximize utilization.

To record daily material usage and its variance, submit to the Production Planner promptly.

Receiving packaging materials – cluster, cartons, stickers, empty cans & shrink films, sleeve labels.

To raise Purchase Requisition for production expendable items.

Conduct annual inventory stock taking.

To provide production / operational assistance when there is a shortage of manpower and to learn all processes including Processing/extraction.

Ensure all production data and materials’ receipt documentation is efficiently managed.

Ensure processes and products adhere to specifications & quality standards - ISO / HACCO / Halal.

Ensure safety, hygiene and good housekeeping practices and policies are maintained.

Any other jobs as assigned by her superior whenever necessary.

Requirements:

Minimum Nitec in mechatronics with 1 – 2 years in a manufacturing environment.

Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
