Admin Assistant (Sales Support Admin/Customer Service)
Location: Tuas (walking distance from Tuas Link MRT)
Working Hours: Monday (8am - 5pm), Tuesday - Friday (8am - 6pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $2,700 + Performance Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Industry: Heavy lifting cranes
Main Responsibilities:
Attending to customer enquiries & handling incoming call
Prepare quotation, process customer order & follow-up on outstanding payment upon job completion
Prepare and tracking of service contract
Provide admin support to service department
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
Minimum ITE or equivalent
At least 1 year of administrative experience
