Account Executive (Freight/Forwarding) – Up to $5,000 – Temasek Avenue 

Location : Temasek Avenue 

Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 8.45 AM to 6.00 PM

Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5,000 + Mobile Claims + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave + Medical Allowance (No Cap) + Dental (up to $300 per year) + Gym ($150 per month)

Responsibilities: 

To develop and maintain strong relationships with existing key accounts and internal teams

Develop strategic plans to negotiate and manage key accounts locally to achieve maximum returns in both multiple trade lanes and contributions

Develop customer segmentation strategy to augment corporate portfolio compatibility

Provide prompt updates to customers’ requests including space management, pricing, quotation and local issue escalation.

Continuous growth in productivity for sales efficiency and to deliver KPIs in both TEUs and contribution margin

Conduct regular sales calls and meetings to understand customer need, market development and opportunities

Preparation and implementation of Tenders/RFQ

Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or Key account management experiences in freight shipping or forwarding industry

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
