 Purchasing & Logistics Executive (Loyang)

Location : Loyang Way

Working hours : Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm

Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4000 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave

Duration : Permanent

Industry : Engine Spare Parts Distributor

 


Main Responsibilities:


Ensure competent quality execution of all regular purchasing duties and administrative works.

Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system.

Co-ordinate with freight forwarders regarding shipment.

Coordinate with user departments and suppliers in the purchasing scope of work for projects assigned.

Assist in managing and following up overseas orders.

Handling and monitoring of claims to factories and vendors for defectives, shortage, missing parts.

Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.

Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Purchase and issue order in accordance to specification.

Plan and manage inventory levels of materials or products.

Source for new parts, suppliers or sub-contractors when the need arises.

Handle all correspondences and liaising with the counterparts.

Receive and processes customers orders, inquiries, and or complaints covering the products ordered.

Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

 


Requirements:


2 Years of relevant experience

Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
