Job Details:
???? Location: Orchard
???? Salary: $2500 basic
Monday – Fri, 9am to 6pm OR 11am to 8pm (rostered)
Responsibilities:
• Provide customer service to address queries from customers and dealers that walk in
• Assist sales team to onboard dealers with training and set up of account
• Support technical queries troubleshooting including liaising with internal IT and technical team and close off the issue and inform customers on the resolutions
Requirements:
? Customer-facing
? Able to do Excel (like simple functions, v-lookup, filters)
