Shipping Coordinator (Tradenet) – Up to $3,500 - Henderson
Location : Henderson
Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 9.00AM to 6.30 PM
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,500 + AWS + 14 Days Annual Leave + Office Phone

Responsibilities:
Perform daily incoming and outgoing logistics’ activities, including receiving and issuance of goods.
Booking of container space directly with carrier (import / export / re-export / direct shipment)
Monitor and follow up on Arrival Notice and Bill of Lading for incoming & outgoing shipments.
Ensure periodic and cycle inventory count are being conducted according to planned schedule.
Order processing, purchasing and planning of shipments for imports & exports with the warehouse.
Follow up on demurrage, storage and detention charges
Assist in arranging courier services
Handle cargo marine insurance for import and export shipment
Knowledge in Tradeweb for Permit Declaration and Switch Bill of Lading
Knowledge of Stock Movement Inventory & Stock reconciliation
Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum O Level Qualifications or equivalent
Prior experience in Tradenet Declarant ID
Preferably with ERP knowledge (multi currency & inventory module)
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
