Admin Assistant (Simple Duties/Training Provided) - Chin Bee Dr [West]
Location : Chin Bee Rd
Working hours : 5 Days Monday – Thursday 8.00 am to 6.00 pm and Friday 8.00 am to 5.00 pm
Salary(commensurate with experience): Up to $2600 + 14 Days Annual Leave + Performance Bonus
Duration : Permanent
Main Responsibilities:
General administrative matters ie taking calls, scheduling of work for staff, emails
Filing and paperwork
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year relevant experience
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
