Factory/Plant Manager
Location: Tuas (2 minutes walk from Gul Circle MRT)
Working Hours: 6 Days Work Week - Monday to Saturday (8am - 5pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $6,000 + Allowance + AWS + Performance Bonus

Main Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise factory staff, including preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties
Ensure that all staff receive appropriate training on job duties, corporate policies, and applicable regulations
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations
Oversee factory worker activities
Conduct quality checks to ensure that products meet established standards
Maintain a clean and safe work environment in the factory
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years' work experience as a factory/plant manager
Possess leadership skills and has the ability to motivate a team of workers
Experienced in implementing workplace Safety & Environmental regulations
