Project Manager (Civil & Building Construction/6 Days) – Up to $10,000
Location : East - Changi / Pasir Ris
Working hours : Monday to Saturday | 8.30am to 6.00pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $10,000 + Variable Bonus + Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
Lead a team to deliver project on schedule and within budget
Do overall project planning, scheduling, monitoring and updating to meet targets
Manage risks, issues, budgets and scope throughout the project life-cycle
Responsible for all construction site matters including safety and other compliance matters
Ensure all works carried out meet with Clients/Company’s quality standards and requirements
To meet Government / Statutory / Government Agency’s regulations/requirements at all times
Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering accepted by Singapore PE Board/BCA with minimum 5 years experiences as a Project Manager with exposures in LTA MRT projects
Knowledge of best practices in Construction Project Management
Excellent in Leadership, Analytical, Planning, Organisational, Communication, Presentation skills
Build and maintain positive relationships with external clients/internal teammembers
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with co-workers who can only speak mandarin.
