Quantity Surveyor (Electrical Engineer/ Tender)- ALL WELCOME
Location: LOWER DELTA (5 minutes walk from Bukit Merah MRT)
Working hours: 5.5 Working Days -Monday to Friday 8:30 - 17:30, Saturday 8:30 - 12:30
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4500 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 7 Annual leave (incremental by 1 day each year to maximum 14 days)

Main Responsibilities:
Responsible for Progress Claims, Variation Orders, Final Accounts, Settlement
Measuring and taking off quantities, liaising and negotiate with contractors and suppliers
Provide estimates and evaluate costing to achieve competitive costing for tender submission
Able to Source and Liaise with Site Personnel, Suppliers, Contractors, Consultants and/or Architects for all project-related matters.
Able to ensure timely finalisation of contracts
Any other duties that deem required to complete the works
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Quantity Surveying/ Electrical Engineer or its equivalent.
1 year experience with Quantity Surveying
Proven ability in contract negotiation, contract administration & variation orders
Competent in software skills MS Office and AutoCAD.
Able to work independently, be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, a good team player & able to meet tight deadlines
Able to start work immediately is an advantage
