Logistics Assistant (Office Furniture)
• Location : Central
• Working hours : 5 Days/ 9am to 6pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,800 + Variable Bonus

Key Responsibilities:
Manage key logistics operation duties, including monitoring inbound and outbound shipments, managing warehouse operations, and coordinating with third-party logistics providers.
Oversee and monitor stock inventory levels, reconcile issues, and submit reports on record and update stock movements.
Assist with loading/unloading and stock organization with third-party logistics partners.
Properly handle and check bills/invoices from logistics operators and forwarders.
Conduct regular stock checks, monitor stock levels, and track item usage.
Ensure high standards of store maintenance and storage capacity.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in logistics or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
