Architectural Coordinator (A&A/Commercial Building) - Up to $6,000

Location            : East - Aljunied 

Working hours       : Monday to Friday | 8am to 6pm (6 days week for first 6 months employment) 

Salary (commensurate with experience)          : Up to $6,000 (Based on Experience & Qualifications) + Variable Bonus + Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits + Travel Reimbursable

Main Responsibilities:

Coordinate all architectural drawings and oversee all architectural finished work on-site.

Manage the transmission of documents and drawings to the client and subcontractor to ensure the updated drawings are issued.

Prepare method of statement and work procedure

Conduct weekly or monthly meeting with sub-contractors to update progress of work

Oversee drawing management and control of technical documentation

Manage procurement of resources, monitor and control material usage on site to avoid unnecessary wastage or wrongly usage.

Assist the Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer in co-ordination with consultants on change order issued.

Liaise with architect, design consultant and sub-contractors on technical issues.

Carry out material receiving inspection and maintaining material record.

Prepare daily and monthly progress report, perform and maintain inspection record.

Any other duties assigned

Requirements:

Minimum of Degree in Architectural/ Building / Construction Management or related;  with at least 3-5 years of experience.

Great team player with pro-active attitude. 

Willing to work full 6 days for first 6 months of employment. 

Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with associates who can only speak mandarin.
