Marketing Executive (East)

Job Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.

Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning.

Highlight the company’s advanced pharmaceutical and supplement manufacturing capabilities, including R&D, quality assurance, and certifications (e.g., GMP, ISO).

Create marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and case studies, showcasing manufacturing expertise.

Content Creation & Campaign Management:

Create engaging and informative content across digital platforms, including social media, blogs, and email campaigns.

Manage and optimize digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram) to maximize ROI.

Collaborate with designers to produce impactful visual content that aligns with brand identity.

Optimize the company’s website and LinkedIn presence to appeal to both B2C (health supplements) and B2B (manufacturing services) audiences.

Use SEO strategies to improve visibility of manufacturing services in search engines.

Partnerships & Events:

Identify and cultivate partnerships with influencers, healthcare professionals, and wellness communities.

Organize and represent the brand at trade shows, expos, and community events to enhance brand visibility.

Customer Engagement:

Design customer loyalty programs and feedback systems to build a strong connection with the target audience.

Monitor and respond to customer reviews, ensuring a positive brand reputation.

Develop targeted campaigns to attract contract manufacturing and private-label clients.

Establish strong relationships with distributors, resellers, and institutional buyers.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical or health supplement industry.

Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).

Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns.

Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical/health supplement industry is a plus.
