Job Description

HR cum Accounts Assistant - Up to $3,500 - Marymount

Location : Marymount 

Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Thursday: 8.30AM to 6.30PM, Friday: 8.30AM to 5.30PM

Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,500 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave + Transport Allowance

Duration : Perm

Industry : Industrial Automation

 


Responsibilities: 


Sourcing for appropriate applicants - Handle Recruitment and staff resignation

Preparation of Employment Contracts and Confirmation Letter

Work Pass (Permit/S.Pass/EP) Application, Renewal, Cancellation via MOM portal

Monitoring and update MOM Complementarity Assessment Framework (COMPASS)

Perform daily accounting duties which include data entries into the accounting system.

Support duties related to accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.

Process payment transactions accurately and efficiently.

Manage Staff claim and Overtime claim preparation.

Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

 


Requirements:


Minimum 2 years of relevant experience 

Good knowledge on MOM COMPASS Scoring System

Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
