Project Admin/Coordinator Required in Singapore


Job Description

Project  Admin/Coordinator 

Location: Near Jurong East MRT 

Working hours: 5 days (Monday- Friday 9.00am-6.00pm)

Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3700 + AWS + Commission + Medical + 14 days annual leave

Duration: Permanent

Industry: Marine and Offshore Engineering

 


Main Responsibilities


 


Support client outreach through cold calls, referrals and by attending networking and trade Authority events

Supports client acquisition process through close engagement with key decision makers/ senior management

Assist with various hospitality arrangements for overseas clients in Singapore

Support clients for overseas yard visits

Maintain and update company marketing collaterals (brochure and client reference) and social media presence (Linkedin)

Maintain company documentation including but not limited to project register, vessel database and newsletters etc

Reports, documents, and presentations

Serve as a point of contact during the project facilitating communication and reporting on project progress

Compile, edit and proper filing of all critical project documentation including NDA, LOI, design drawings, technical specs, contracts etc

Organize and host meetings, including preparing agendas and meeting minutes.

Other Miscellaneous Duties, as may be required

 


Requirement:


Degree/Diploma in Engineering/Business Administration or equivalent

Min 1 years' experience in coordinator/administrative roles.

Candidate without experience is welcome ! FULL TRAINING PROVIDED 

Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.

Relevant experience will be an advantage, candidate with no experiences welcome to apply as  full training will be provided
