Position : System Engineer (Virtualization/Active Directory/Cloud)
Location : Ang Mo Kio
Working hours : Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4500 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave
Duration : 1 Year Contract

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and support IT infrastructure (servers, networks, etc.)
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Perform routine system maintenance and updates
Manage incidents and ensure timely resolution
Maintain detailed logs and documentation
Collaborate with other IT teams and departments
Ensure IT infrastructure security and compliance
Manage backup and disaster recovery processes
Track and maintain hardware and software assets
Support audits and vendor management
Requirements
2+ years of experience in IT operations, support, or maintenance
Knowledge of Windows, Linux, network protocols, and IT infrastructure
Experience with monitoring tools and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
