Job Description

Accounts Assistant (Billing/Invoices) – Up To $3,500 + AWS – WEST – Up To $3,500 + AWS – WEST 

Location : West - Pioneer - Kian Teck Way

Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.15am to 5.30pm

Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,500 + AWS + 12 - 18 Days Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits

Duration : Permanent

Industry : Electronics Engineering/Lift Specialist 

 


Main Responsibilities:


Responsible for billing (including issuing sale invoices, debit notes and credit notes)

Submit & email E-invoices to selected customers' platform

Generate and update statements email to customers 

Follow up on overdue accounts with maintenance team

Key incoming funds from customers into accounting system

Ensure all suppliers’ invoices are properly captured (matching Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders and authorised approval, including verifying & classifying)

Perform monthly payments to the suppliers 

Checking monthly supplier statements and reconciliation

Update petty cash claims into accounting system

Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor

 


Requirements:


Minimum of Diploma with at least one year of relevant working experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Words & Excel.

Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with clients who can only speak mandarin.
