CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE - Full Time Job

  • Fresh graduates / interns are welcome.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries
  • Communicating with customers through various channels
  • Meticulous with an eye for detail
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Ability to work independently with initiative, and a strong team player
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
  • Required language(s): Chinese, English (in order to liaise with Chinese speaking associates)
