Service Engineer (Crane/Heavy Equipment Industry)
Location: Tuas (company transport provided)
Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 4.30pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,000 + OT Payable + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave + Transport Allowance + Meal Allowance
Duration: Permanent
Industry: Equipment & parts distributor (MNC)
Main Responsibilities:
Product delivery training to distributors and customers
Provide diagnosis guidance and analyzing of fault found to Distributor / End-user, remotely via emails and/or calls
Carry out field services at site in local and ASEAN countries
Furnish service report and recommendation of spare parts, assisting Parts team to locate correct spare parts from parts catalogue
Furnish warranty claims and quality report to drive quality improvement on our products
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Engineering with relevant working experience in construction machinery industry
Able to read and understand Electrical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic schematic diagram
Possess a valid Class 3 Driving License
Will involve travelling to other countries within Asia, entitled to travelling allowance
