Associates (FULL TRAINING PROVIDED-BANKING/ACCOUNTANCY)

Location : Near Commonwealth MRT

Working hours : 5 days work week, Monday - Friday :9.00am -6.00pm

Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3500+ AWS + Variable Bonus (payout in March) + Insurance + Medical + Mobile + Dental + Study allowance (require to bond 1 year- if sponsored)

Main Responsibilities:

Preparation of documents for conflict checks

Liaising with clients on the documents required

Performing analysis on the historical and current financial performance of clients; and a review of historical transactions

Investigating the cause of the insolvency

Assisting in the preparation of cash flow projections and assessing the validity of the assumptions adopted, taking into account the liquidity constraints / requirements of clien

Liaising with government bodies such as CPFB, IRAS and MOM and various stakeholders in the administration of various forms of corporate insolvency and restructuring engagements including dealing with creditors’ queries, recovering and realizing assets and fulfilling the statutory obligations of the administrators;

Familiarizing themselves with the prevailing insolvency laws; and

Assist managers on the administrative aspect of the engagements such as time reporting, preparation of the Bill of Cost, documentation tracking etc.

Requirements:

Possess a Diploma or Degree in Accountancy.

Candidates pursuing professional qualification in Accounting may be considered.

Candidates with a Degree in Finance or Business may also be considered.

Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
