As a Nurse Manager (Labour & Delivery Ward), you will be responsible for the following duties:
Oversee both Labour & Delivery wards and maternity services.
Provide nursing leadership, management and directions in regards to setting and maintaining quality standards.
Supervise clinical practices to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Staff development and resource management in the daily operation of the department and analyze personnel structure to determine staffing requirements.
Provide guidance, evaluate performance, and oversee selection and termination processes.
Maintain patient care standards and resolve issues affecting the delivery of patient care services.
Implement policies and procedures for efficient delivery of health services.
Assess nursing care quality and appropriateness, making necessary adjustments in care delivery.
Requirements:
Possess a Bachelor of Nursing with a Post Basic Certification and valid SNB registration.
