As an Executive Assistant (HR, Healthcare), you will be responsible for the following duties:
Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, and offboarding processes
Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records and HRIS (Human Resource Information System) data
Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth integration of new hires
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team and assist in day-to-day operations
Support performance management processes, including documentation and scheduling reviews
Address employee relations inquiries and escalate issues as needed
Organize and coordinate staff welfare initiatives and employee engagement activities
Requirements:
Min Diploma in Human Resource or related discipline
Candidate who possess relevant experience will be an added advantage
