Sales Coordinator (Simple Duties -Coordinate/ Sales Support/ Invoice/ Quotation/ Marine Shipping)
Location : Ubi Road
Working hours : 5 days / Monday - Friday - 9.30am -5.30pm
Salary (Commensurate with experience): Salary up to $3200 + AWS + 14 days Annual Leave
Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
Assisting and supporting Sales Team on related tasks.
Able to do Admin works - Power point slide, maintain Company Website, upload Video/Photo in Facebook, LinkedIn, editing or update in our catalogue
Able to handle quotation, Invoice, commercial, Pack list
Any other duties or tasks when assigned
Requirements:
1 year of relevant work experience in a similar role
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
