The Job
Engage with customers via phone and email to repsond to enquiries regarding products and deliveries
Prepare shipping and import/export documents and ensure shipments(inbound & outbound) are tracked and delivered on time
Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices
Extract, compile and analyse data using Microsoft Office to support buisness reporting
The Talent
Minimum GCE "O" Level or equivalent academic qualification
Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in customer service or adminstrative support
Experience in using Microsoft Office
Strong communication skills to coordinate across departments
