Location : Henderson Road
Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 9.00AM to 6.30PM
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,500 + AWS + 14 Days Annual Leave

Responsibilities:
Lead the documentation team in preparing, reviewing, and processing all necessary documents for import, export, and re-export activities, including the submission of Shipping Instructions, Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Certificates of Origin.
Directly manage the preparation of documentation for both 3PL (Bonded Warehouse) and Trading operations.
Ensure accurate and timely submission of customs documentation using TradeNet.
Coordinate with carriers and forwarders to book container space for shipments, ensuring timely bookings to prevent delays.
Manage the logistics for import, export, and re-export shipments, liaising with carriers to facilitate smooth operations.
Monitor the status of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling Arrival Notices, Bills of Lading, Switch BL, and other shipment-related documentation.
Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving issues related to shipment documentation or delays.
Check Estimated Time of Departure (ETD) and Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) on Portnet.
Arrange shipments with hauliers to ensure timely delivery.
Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding logistics documentation, providing regular updates on shipment status and addressing any concerns.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure that documentation processes align
Prepare and send quotations for 3PL services to customers.
Monitor and manage demurrage, storage, and detention charges, taking proactive steps to minimize costs.
Generate reports
Any other ad-hoc duties

With TradeNet and possessing a TradeNet Declarant ID
